Best Neighborhoods in Pembroke Pines, Florida

Pembroke Pines is largely a story of planned suburban communities, but the details matter. Pembroke Falls is built around gated residential amenities. Century Village has a very different audience, with age-restricted housing and a community structure of its own.

Check association fees carefully in either setting, especially what those fees actually cover. In Century Village, eligibility comes first. South Florida's storm and insurance costs deserve attention long before you settle on a floor plan.
